Cecilia Hayes has 25 years of human resources experience in high technology, specializing in the start-up market. As an organizational development consultant, Cecilia focuses on executive coaching for founders and executives, as well as due diligence for venture capital firms. She provides start-up organizations with compensation guidelines and plans and creates cash and stock incentive plans for executives and sales teams. As a benchmark, she has developed an annual compensation survey focused on the early-stage fabless semiconductor industry.

Since 1999, Cecilia has worked closely with a number of the tier one venture capital funds as a full-time consultant, including Tallwood Venture Capital, USVP, NEA and others. Prior to consulting, Cecilia served as Vice President of Human Resources at S3 Inc. for 10 years (1989-1999), during which time the company grew to over 750 employees, gained close to $1 billion in revenue, and underwent a successful IPO.
