COMPENSATION CONSULTING
2008 COMPENSATION SURVEY
The 2008 Compensation Survey is underway and results will be ready on December 19, 2008. The Survey benchmarks salaries, stock options, benefits and other relevant data for Pre IPO Fabless Semiconductor, Venture Capital Funded Start Ups. This unique tool enables you to remain competitive and effectively manage compensation from early stages of product development to production ramp up and early revenue stages. The link to Organizational Development is clearly articulated on the Executive Summary making the data more meaningful to Founders and start up Executives.
Five Venture Capital Firms sponsor the Survey on behalf of their portfolio companies. They are Crosslink Capital, NEA, Tallwood Venture Capital, USVP and Walden International. If your company is funded by any of these firms, there is no cost to you.
If you wish to participate and your investors are not sponsors, please contact Cecilia Hayes and participate at a $1000 rate. The Survey data collection period is between October 20, 2008 and November 30, 2008. You may sign up any time during that period. Results are available December 19, 2008.
